Job Role: Business Improvement Analyst

Location: Luton (working from home)

Job Sector: Legal 

Hours: Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

As the Business Improvement Analyst, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager, by:

  • Overseeing internal operating controls, processes and practices.
  • Recommend changes and enhancements to existing policies and controls
  • Overseeing FirstPort’s ISO compliance throughout the group

This role reports to the Head of Corporate Governance, Risk and Audit 

Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and performing operational of internal and external audits
  • Identifying business process risks
  • Documenting the results of audits
  • Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management
  • Assist in development and production of company standards and procedures
  • Producing reports and presentations

Skills and Experience

  • Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques
  • Prior success conducting external or internal audits to ISO standards (9001, 14001 etc.)
  • Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions
  • Excellent written and oral communication ability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
