Job Role:  Company Secretarial & Consents Administrator

Location: New Milton

Job Sector: Property Transfer

Hours: 35 hrs

As Company Secretarial & Consents Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

  • Carrying out Company Secretarial compliance for colleagues and customers

The Company Secretarial & Consents Administrator reports into the Company Secretarial & Consents Administrator Team Leader.

About You

You are currently working in an administration role and are looking to join a fast-paced organisation where you get the opportunity to utilise your great communication skills by working with people of all levels.

Your excellent attention to detail means that you are able to produce accurate and timely administration to the business.

Using your own initiative helps you to problem solve effectively when dealing with customer enquiries. Your positive and helpful manner means you are able to deal with challenging customers and clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Distribute notices of AGMs within statutory timeframes, liaise with Directors, AMs/PMs and provide administration assistance.
  •  Resign and appoint Resident Management Company officers.
  • Amend address changes at Companies House.
  • File confirmation statements and accounts at Companies House within timeframes.
  • Distribute minutes of AGMs.
  • Issue new share/membership certificates following sales and liaise with solicitors.
  • Check lease/legal documents for subletting requirements.
  • Check properties for lease compliance.
  • You will be expected to learn and understand the roles and responsibilities of all departments of the business to ensure that internal communication is referred and dealt with in a timely manner.
