Job Role:  Reception Administrator   

Location: New Milton

Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: £13,000 - £15,000

As Reception Administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the leading residential property manager, as recognised by others by:

  • Being the first point of contact for our buyers and sellers
  • Supporting the sales team to achieve targets
About you 

Your friendly persona means you can communicate to a high standard, and deliver an excellent level of customer service.

Being able to work both independently and as a team sees you supporting colleagues in achieving their targets, whilst also delivering a fast, friendly and professional service.

You are IT savvy, and confident in using MS Office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer all calls coming into the switchboard

·       Distribute calls to the correct Property Consultants

  • Provide help and assistance to internal and external callers 
  • Enter applicants onto, and maintain the applicant database 
  • Monitor enquiries mailbox and distribute to Property Consultants as necessary
  •   Provide administrative support to the team as required.
